Tenda Shipping Policies

Tenda Warranty Policies

At Galaxy Cable, as the official wholesale distributor of Tenda in Chile, we are committed to providing support and warranties for all the products we sell. Below are our warranty policies based on Tenda’s guidelines.

Warranty Duration

All Tenda products distributed by Galaxy Cable come with a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. In certain cases, specific products may have extended warranties, detailed in the product’s specifications.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing and material defects.
  • Functional failures under normal usage in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or misuse, including physical or electrical damage due to improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or the use of non-original parts.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Issues caused by extreme environmental conditions or electrical infrastructure failures (power surges, outages, etc.).
  • Products without valid proof of purchase or with altered or removed serial numbers.

Warranty Claim Process

To claim a warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Provide your invoice number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the affected product.
  2. Initial Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request that you send the product to our authorized service center.
  3. Technical Review: Once received, the product will undergo a technical inspection to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
  4. Resolution:
    • Repair: If the defect is repairable, our team will fix it at no cost to you.
    • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement product.
    • Credit or Refund: In exceptional cases, if neither repair nor replacement is possible, a credit or refund for the product’s value will be issued.

Shipping Conditions

  • Shipping to Our Facility: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to our service center for warranty evaluation.
  • Return Shipping: If the warranty claim is approved, Galaxy Cable will cover the costs of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

Limitations

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is only applicable to products purchased through Galaxy Cable or authorized Tenda distributors in Chile.

We reserve the right to modify these warranty policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect warranty claims already in process.
